Arthur placed the bag on the bed as she walked over to join him. It was a lovely evening Baby, it was very nice of Gabby to offer a bed for the night. I didn't really fancy the trip into town at night in this damp weather. She smiled at him as she ran her hand along his arm while he was undoing the buckles of the bag.

The next morning, he woke up before her and carefully slid out of bed. He had gathered their things save the items she needed to get ready for the morning. He was careful not to wake her. He was dressed except his boots. He sat on the end of his side of the bed to put his boots on when he felt her stir. He looked back while finishing the laces on his boots and saw her eyes open slowly. Her hand carefully stretched over to his side to feel for him, but he wasn't there. His hand lightly rested on her calf over the covers. Here, my love. We need to get going, I woke up early and packed already.

She looked around and saw the bag packed, and the painting from Gabby, which one of the servants had carefully wrapped for them, resting next to the leg of the chair.

Pouring some water into the bowl she freshened up before getting dressed, the light of the morning beginning to stream through the shutters. Lynna walked over to the window trying the handle as it opened she peeked out before opening it fully. Oh come look Love she said as she stepped out onto the small balcony. The view is breathtaking. She wrapped her arms around herself as it was still a little chilly in the morning air.
