[RP]The Marriage of Arthur and Lynna

She grabs her cousin's arm and they walk further in. She is wearing a beautiful dress of black and cloth of gold and matching jewelry.



She debates what to do with the gifts, but holds onto them for now. Ferdinand and Myxti sit down. She smiles as she watches everyone and is so very happy that her cousin was in the country and gracious enough to escort her to the wedding. Ferdinand, always the "Casanova" was checking out the ladies, but in a non-obvious way as not to be disrespectful in a church.

Just as she thinks she might recognize the people in the pew in front of her, a wildly waving little hand smacks her in the eye and another one snags in her hair followed by a loud, joyful "Gah!! Ferdinand interrupts Myxti. He begins to speak with a much thicker accent than Myxti's.

Ferdinand: "Lady Rain. Please, call me Ferdinand. Lord de Navarra is my father."

"There's room up here. Do you want to sit with us?"

When she hears the music start, she straighens up and smiles hugely. She's all smiles, but she is also worried about her friend next to her.

They entered through the doors and she could see ahead their friend and Deacon Gawain, Arthurs best man and their good friend Kenrich and Arthur her handsome husband to be Arthur. Her eyes twinkling , her heart fluttering she could feel a tremble of nerves threatening to come over her, she loved him dearly and she wanted to make him the happiest she could.

She took in the faces of those that had come to share the day with them and smiled her acknowledgement to those close enough that she could see easily. The aisle seemed longer than it really was and always a thinker her mind was racing. She was rarely at any social events, but this was different, it wasn't just a social event it was her wedding day and a day that would change her life for ever.

They reached the altar and she gave Arthur a loving look and smile before standing before Deacon Gawain, arm in arm with her closest family member her brother.

Gawain then looks at the guests in attendance.

"Who amongst us gathered here in the name of Jah, gives this woman, Lynna, to be wed?"

Eary looked around the grand church and smiled, it would be a beautiful ceremony and she was very happy for her dear cousin. "It is a beautiful church" She said softly, just as the procession began to start and she saw her cousin begin to walk down the aisle. She looked truely beautiful and so happy, she couldn't wait to talk to her after the ceremony.

"Having both been baptized into Christos, having published their banns declaring their intent to wed, and having waited the required time of engagement as declared by the URACE, I declare that they have met all requirements of the Church to enter into this union. Therefore into this holy union now come forward to be joined. If any of you can show just cause why they may not lawfully be wed, speak now; or forever hold your peace."

He reminds Arthur and Lynna:

"I require and charge you both, here in the presence of Jah, that if either of you know any reason why you may not be united in marriage lawfully, and in accordance with Jah's Word, you do now confess it."

Gawain looked at all sat in the church, and pauses to wait for a while before continuing.

The Carriage came to a stop quickly as the footman jumped down and opened the door... Taking her husband's hand she jumped down into his arms as they slipped quietly into the back row of the church taking in the seen .. Lynaa looked lovely, chuckling to myself that the auction had worked out quit well..

Giving her husbands had a squeeze she kisses his cheek and watches.. The box in her hand..

As the carriage came to a stop. The door open rather quickly that is startle her at first, then she smile at the gentlemen as he offer her his hand to help her out of the carriage. Thank you, she replied as she head into the church.

Slipping quietly into church, Tas sit in the back row of the church near Bri and Evan..... She love wedding.

He takes advantage of being in the back row, out of eyesight of most of the gathering of people, placing his hand upon the nape of her neck, drawing her close, giving her a lingering passionate kiss.
That is a kiss smiles then notices Tas slipping quietly into the back row.

Finishing off a bottle of whiskey, he jumps out of the carriage with Aasha in his arms. Staggering up the stairs he thinks it was probably a bad idea to start drinking quite so early. He looks down at Aasha with a wicked grin before kicking open the door.

”I object and I don’t care how late it is…” He gently rocks back and forth on his feet as his head begins to spin. ”Oh right, I object because you can not have a wedding without me and I can not go to a wedding without there being a wedding…or something like that.” He looks at the people who were already there and sets Aasha on her feet before bowing to the soon to be husband and wife. Glancing back at the person performing the ceremony, ”Well, get on with it. I finished off my bottle and need to get a new one.”

Turning back to Aasha, he whispers softly in her ear. ”And it better be an open bar or there will be trouble.” He grins and looks for a place to sit down.

The empty whiskey bottle didn't bode well, nor did him picking her up and carrying her in. I ken walk, she hissed as an image of her landing on her bum flashed in her mind. Once he was on a mission though, there was no stopping him.

Her mouth dropped open as he objected, a low growl emitting from her throat as she sharply bit his ear. Her face was bright red by the time he put her down. Grabbing his hand, she tugged him over to a back pew and pushed him into it, then squeezed in beside him and clamped her hand over his mouth. We's close to the exit...sos hush. Let 'em have their day.

Arthur looked back at Lynna, hoping no one would object. They had posted an official banns for this exact purpose.. and instead of objections, they had received congratulations from many. He was happy that people were happy for them.

Hearing an objection from the guests, he turned his head towards them. It was Donnor. Arthur was slightly worried hearing an objection.

Arthur gulped, and turned back to Lynna. He needed her reassurance things would turn out fine. He could hear Donnor's loud voice ringing through the Church when he gave his reasons for the objections:

Arthur was slightly angry, but amused at the same time. He would kill his brother later. How dare he come to the wedding already drunk! He thought. He cleared his throat loudly to get the attention back to the ceremony and away from Donnor's ramblings. He heard the Deacon state:

I do. Forever and Always. He was holding Lynna's hands in his, gazing into her eyes as the ceremony continued.

He was truely happy for both Lynna and Arthur, they were close friends of his and he admired them both for the leadership in the SG and just good people all around, always willing too help where ever needed.
